Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup wild blueberries
1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup soy milk
1 Tbsp flaxseed, freshly ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Garnish as desired, and serve with quirky eco-straws made of stainless steel, glass, or bamboo.
