Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, freshly ground
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve with non-plastic straws which are good both for you and the environment.
