Fat-Burning Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Splenda or stevia, to taste
Directions
- Whisk milk and cocoa powder together in a small saucepan.
- Warm over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sweetener. Serve hot with eco-friendly glass straws.
